CANCELLATION POLICY

World Pro Padel understands that circumstances can change and provides customers with a process for requesting cancellation of eligible bookings, orders and services.

1. PRODUCT ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers wishing to cancel an online product order should contact World Pro Padel as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the matter may instead be handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

2. COURT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

Court bookings may be cancelled subject to the cancellation terms communicated during the booking process.

Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling a booking.

Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund or credit, World Pro Padel will process the applicable remedy in accordance with the relevant booking terms and applicable law.

3. COACHING AND EVENTS

Coaching sessions, tournaments and other scheduled activities may have specific cancellation deadlines.

Any cancellation requirements applicable to a particular activity will be communicated to customers before or during the booking process.

4. MEMBERSHIPS

Membership cancellation terms will depend on the particular membership purchased.

Where a membership is subject to a minimum term, recurring payment arrangement or other contractual commitment, those terms will be communicated before purchase.

5. WORLD PRO PADEL CANCELLATIONS

World Pro Padel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking, service or event where reasonably necessary, including because of facility issues, safety concerns, operational circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control.

Where World Pro Padel cancels a paid service and the customer is entitled to a refund, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
