Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, and demand for qualified, confident coaches is growing just as fast. The World Pro Padel Coach Development & Certification Masterclass is a two-day, hands-on program designed to take players, club assistants, and aspiring coaches through the full foundations of coaching padel — from technical instruction and session planning to on-court communication and player development.

By the end of the two days, participants will walk away with a recognized World Pro Padel coaching certification, a full toolkit of drills and lesson plans, and the confidence to run their own group and private sessions.

What You'll Learn (Curriculum Overview)

Day 1 — Foundations of Coaching

• Padel technique breakdown: teaching the fundamentals (grip, volley, bandeja, vibora, serve/return)
• Reading and correcting player errors in real time
• Structuring a lesson: warm-up, technical block, live-ball drilling, cool-down
• Group vs. private coaching: adapting your approach by class size and level
• On-court communication, demonstration, and feedback techniques

Day 2 — Coaching in Practice & Certification

• Designing progressive drills for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players
• Tactics and strategy coaching: doubles positioning, shot selection, match-play scenarios
• Coaching juniors vs. adults: safety, engagement, and age-appropriate methods
• Running a mock coaching session (practical assessment)
• Certification exam and feedback session

Certification & Outcomes

Participants who successfully complete the two-day program and practical assessment receive:

• A World Pro Padel Certified Coach qualification
• A digital certificate and coach profile listing on the World Pro Padel website
